Tidbits about me...

Welcome! I'm happy to meet you.

Who am I? Global marketer who has spent over 15 years launching, building and expanding awareness, and driving purchase for esteemed global brands - either client or agency side of business.

Last post, Senior Worldwide Advertising Manager at Apple (yep, iPod 24x7). I loved every toe-tapping minute of it.

Brands I've boosted:
  • Apple (iPod, iPod mini, iPod shuffle, iPod nano, iTunes Store, Airport Express, iLife)
  • Intel (Centrino Mobile Technology, Pentium processors)
  • HP (Inkjet + Business Printer Divisions)
You name it, I've done it. Ideation, strategic development, project management, communications production, media planning/placement/partnerships, financial analyses - here and abroad - for confidential product launches and sustaining advertising campaigns (and how about a Super Bowl spot shot in Mexico with 750 extras...talk about craft service!)

A few years ago, I moved to the Midwest. There, I fashioned two brands of my own: Fuss Frocks and Spruce [décor]. Both are my "passions with purpose." Fuss is a collection of cute and clever apparel for wee ones (more here). Spruce is a colorful interior styling biz and blog (even more here). Both have received regional and national press (including a cover story in Spry magazine!) that has warmed my heart.

With both of my gigs, I give back. Why? It's in my DNA and in memory of my lovely mom. My charities of choice: the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund and Trees For Life, respectively. Mom is my muse and my teacher - and in spirit continues to be a part of this earth.

This past year, I also published an article entitled "Branding Your Blog" for an award-winning trade publication, Stationery Trends for editor Sarah Schwartz.

Yes, I've been busy!

Now that I've recently relocated back to the Bay Area, I wonder what's next...?
